on friday the ministry of foreign affairs in russia issued what appears to be a draft peace contract to the united states of america -- except for a rather harsh condition in the introduction, and the unpalatable article 4 & 6, which run counter to the most basic principles of the modern world era; i.e. of a level playing field, with free licitations.
i prefer if the west could get the russians on the same page with the 5 conditions proposed as a prerogative for establishing any diplomatic relation with the taliban -- principles we could also apply in syria & ukraine, whereby russia, europe & america could begin to collaborate on a course of real & democratic nation building.
but since the russians came up with a draft contract, which involve the interests of the god damn defense, strategic defense & energy sector, i allowed myself a glance at their very first draft. the editted version below highlights the obvious obstacles to any further negotiations with the us diplomatic corps, if i may propose to break the ice for ya?
europe & the rest of the world will achieve independence from fossil fuels within this century, which may constitute one of the biggest geo-political shifts in the modern era. the wealth of any nation will thus become dependent on ingenuity in all the other sectors -- and our continued collaboration on fair licitations across the board.
(per se the following article)
now if we could just get the usofa & the russkies on the same page, with respect to fair & free licitations in the energy, defense & strategic defence sector, the northern hemisphere would be set on a due course, with respect to a new strategic concept -- and moscow could win a seat in napto, if mr putin would comply with these 5 principles.
the other seats could be tokyo, beijing, singapore, delhi, cairo, istanbul,
vienna, madrid & brussels, to copenhagen, london & washington dc.
further negotiations are way out of my league, but you may proceed --
just beware of all the nasty leftovers, from mr bissemarcks latest trick.
