open letter to the iaea, the house, senate & duma defense committee, other decisive organs in the worlds current nuclear powered & armed states.

you are hereby kindly requested to set in motion, a collaboraton towards a ban of depleted uranium, as a component of tank & bunkerbuster artillery shells, as well as in other conventional rounds, the primary objective of the ban being a reduction of environmental spill-over effects -

long after your defense agencies, end their most honorable efforts, to engage developing states worldwide, and facilitate a secular new world order, where freedom of speech & association, democracy with check & balance, no taxation without representation, and a thriving economy,

based upon a multitude of private enterprise, many of whom will list on a local stock exchange, so employees worldwide may be earning co-ownership of the corporates they work for, as well as co-ownership of the corporates meeting all their immediate supplies, acc to taste & demand -

a reduction of environmental spill-over effects, which could be secured if all nuclear-powered and/or armed states, agree to properly dispose of any and all depleted uranium, in the most conventional manner known to man; by sinking the spend fuel rods into a barrel of concrete,

which are securely lowered into rocky mine shafts, with 0 chance of leakage to ground water,

or other contamination of environmental sources to humans, once the concrete has dried up.

I congratulate the armed forces of the mentioned states for all their efforts in nation building,

but reckon a most adequate response to the current insane utility of depleted uranium rods,

would sooner or later hit the involved nuclear powered states just a little to close to home -

why I kindly urge your responsible democratic elected bodies, to set this ban in motion.
