the attached letter was delivered to the embassy of the 2 warring parties yesterday,
and is hereby released to their armed forces, and wider public constituency,
with the intention to sway their populace towards peace negotiations,
since the author does not trust their current leadership to do so.
the author also remarks with regret,
that ukraine is calling off their timely elections in 2024,
and propose instead a ceasefire, and diplomatic negotiations on both sides.
bullet points on the issues up for negotiations, must be put forward by the striving parties,
in an euler back & forth priority shuffle, until a mutually agreeable set of issues is achieved,
whereafter actual state polity mechanisms for implementation of these issues, shall be realized.

the letter may be of interest to the african union, the middle east and the entire global south,
which more often than not, found themself caught in the crosshair of colonial european powers,
who could not agree on universal standards for a world order, based upon free trade & exchange.
if the african union, the middle east & the global south, could get their act together,
they may exert their timely diplomatic influence, on the 2 warring state parties,
and force a reasonable end to this conflict, as it impacts the wider region.
