now chew on this one, and let me get the notion across even to live goose-liver.

hi maya.

hope you had a nice weekend, and the week is coming along for you over there.

some of the above tidbits found their way into a chapter of my next book –

none of it to personal. but if you don’t like it, we better knock it off.

the section on comparative constitutional law took me to the 17th amendment, which i believe is a setback for the political system in the us - i would prefer a senate with 2 members, appointed by the civil service from each state, and elected by each state legislature, so the senate would conduct their check & balance on every proposed legislation in congress, from a hardcore functionaries point of view - instead of from a more populist career politicians view, where talk-show hosts without any - like in blip, zip it diaper baby, nada & absolutely 0 experience about how legislation works down the receiving end of the line, may end up with a majority on capitol hill, and stuff their palsy pall soccer hockey team of home buddies, into all the wrong cabinets.

like johnny & charlie having a drink at the casket, waiting for bentham to come out on the british state sovereign wealth fund, left over from doomsday book norman times, while we discuss how to tax offshore capital placements, which is actually fairly simple - if a given asset is not hold by a private person, it is hold by a domestic registered cvr, required to disclose their turnover & dispositions to local county or state officials every year, who may conduct the proper oversight.

if capital is pissing into any given jurisdiction, it has to play by the laws of that jurisdiction. who wants to have good for nothing fellas prancing about their constituency dripping in with a bit of dough, if they do not give a bleep about their fellow common man in this constituency anyway?

. . .

the legal debate in such a parliamentarian hall is ongoing. the very civil law fellows from the continent will have every single minor transgression prosecuted to the letter, as they consider everything else a slippery slope, with a lo & behold, if every single civil servant should ever make an independent evaluation about when a transgression is significant or insignificant - whereas more common law fellows like me, consider the law a framework up for interpretation.

we got this ai algorithm debacle going on as we speak, where all the common law fellows enquire, if intention or motivation of a given inter-vention or inter-action between 2 citizens can be accounted for, or how confirmation bias on behalf of certain members of the civil service, as they carry their personal preferences into their interaction with the public in general, shall be overruled by their peers within the same civil service department - as we conduct a test & fault finding, of the actual application of those algorithms - algorithms sold to our latest batch of elected popular crocs, at some fashionable hockey stick slide show, on the mp conference trail.

i was there for quite a while as a tech procurement & fundraising agent for my renewable energy line, and prefer to assess the latest fad on capitol hill from way out in the muni & counties - lately with a proposal to reform the senate / house of lords from hereditary peers, to peers appointed by the civil service, and elected by each muni & county assembly, for another 4 year session – 2 years into a regular sitting session in the house, similar to the mid-terms in the us.

in denmark this would correspond to kl & amternes landsforening - bortset fra, at hvis 1 medlem fra hver amt & kommune, har fysisk foretræde i landstinget, så bliver vores sekundære check & balance på den lovgivende forsamling, mere grundig. for tiden er tilsynet med salen, vha diverse faglige interesse-organisationer, og vor almene snavsetøjs-får, lidt sporadisk i slinger-valsen.

for the frat boy campus team here in denmark, the iron clad back office team up on capitol hill, or the united kings men in the uk, holding the reins during elections, when a government cannot be formed, or when a given electorate or assembly start beating each other to pulp, i recommend for a congress confirmation of their ability to do so, with at least 12 contenders to the regency crown, appointed by both houses, which the elected delegates may choose from, so we may leave behind this eerie mood, left over from our former absolute monarchy - an eerie so well-known from soviet times, dictatorships, or the more private corporate go-go land, without proper oversight & accountability, in a solid 3 body approach; corporate interests, workers interests, and public interest like longevity & upkeep of the labor force, or bills on wastewater/externalities.

. . .

out of 300.000 corporates in denmark, only 2-3.000 is listed, and maybe 80-90% is mum & pop stay at home stores, with the remainder eternal roosters for market share in the garage. a written human resource & employee strategy, with regular oversight from the civil service, is not required unless its food or medicine - or unless a given corporate have more than 30 employees – already a lot more than what most of the rooster mum & pop stores can handle in the garage.

there will be refugees at all times, eventually also from this silly hilltop, with quite a back-wards stone age population, some of whom does not travel far beyond the village turf line - yet consider themself a beacon to the world. but in denmark we put refugees to good work, with a 3 month at a time approach, why a lot of our more ingrown, are given the back wheel by all these new-comers. still I propose just about the same applied integration policy, into the local labor and education market, if we have to organize a couple of 1.000 transitions camps worldwide, were this place to go under in a flood. it seems you are familiar with such environments?

have a look, if you are interested. it is an easy read, and without amending the current document, could actually be interpreted in the above manner. i.e; the civil service from each state appoints 12 candidates eligible for the senate, whereafter the state legislature vote 2 into office.

. . .

check check. ja la la la la la la la la <

we don’t need no yogi bear prancing around dc,

to implement this proposal. we may just up & do it -

without organizing a run on every single legislature.

smack.

you may interpret the above document in this way -

but before an iron rod is brought to thou barrack sner;

how many amendments proposed this sitting session?
